  3 hours....we waited three hours. We ordered our pizza, waited an hour and a half... Called, they said they made it wrong, would we like to remake it? We said sure. Called again said it was on the way. Never ordering again. Free order or not it's not worth it. It's 1.1 miles away and takes 20 minutes. Really?!

  The main reason we like Papa John's Pizzas is their crust. It's big. So, no, we don't want breadsticks. If Papa John's wants the 300% mark- up on soda sales, they oughta have a table or two for dine- in.

  I just ordered $60 worth of pizza for delivery. When I opened the boxes they were all smashed! I called and spoke to the manager on duty, and she said they would be happy to replace my pizzas. The only catch? They wanted the smashed pizzas back! We were hungry and didn't want to wait another 40 minutes to eat, so we are eating pizza mush with forks. It tastes great, but I'm pretty disappointed in the poor customer service.
